Keto-Friendly Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
Roasted asparagus and bacon was used for this delicious Keto-friendly dinner. Make sure to use uncured bacon for a healthier meal.
- 2 lbs asparagus
- 14 pcs uncured bacon about 1 lb
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
First, season the asparagus with salt, pepper, and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil.
Next, grab a half sheet pan rack, line the aluminum pan with foil or parchment paper then place the rack on top.
Wrap 6 pieces of asparagus stalks in bacon, and arrange them on a baking rack.
Set your oven to 400 degrees F on broil. Broil the asparagus wrapped bacon dish for 22 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
