Pork BBQ Ribs Recipe

- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 cup barbecue sauce homemade or store-bought
In a large pot, place the ribs and fill it with just enough water to cover the ribs.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Boil until tender, about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Remove the ribs from the pot and drain well. Grab your baking pan and place the ribs on it.
Pour the barbecue sauce all over the ribs and cover in aluminum foil.
Bake for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
