Chia Seeds Pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or nonfat milk
  • honey or stevia sweetener
  • fresh fruits such as berries or bananas


  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Mix well and let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After that, mix well or shake until there are no clumps.
  • ┬áRefrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Add fresh fruits before eating.
