Our oven baking rack can support heavier food, such as big chunk of beef brisket, pulled pork, roasted chicken, and turkey to name a few without bending or wobbling due to our unique multiple-welded cross support bars, which make our cooling racks more sturdy and durable than other cooling racks in the market!

2 PACK RUST RESISTANT COMMERCIAL GRADE. The cooking and baking racks are made from 304 18/8 stainless steel. Dishwasher-safe for long-lasting durability with multiple uses for everyday cooking.
1-INCH HIGH LEGS, BETTER AIRFLOW. Our racks are raised 1-inch high — a full half-inch higher than other brands for optimal airflow. It allows air to circulate around all sides of the pan resulting to crispier cookies. Cakes, bread, pies, pastries and other baked goods won’t get mushy as they cool. Vegetables, meats, fishes and other dishes cook evenly in the oven.
OVEN-SAFE to 575˚F. The cooking and baking racks are effective for roasting, and best for grilling seafood, baking chicken wings, broiling, roasting fish and vegetables, smoking turkey, bbq pork and seafood, sear steaks, dehydrating fruits and meats. No need to flip your food while cooking. These large oven rack for baking sheets allow you to cook crispy and juicy chicken wings and bacon. You can also use them to cook healthier, oil-free food such as pulled pork, BBQ ribs, fish, veggies, and breaded dishes. This also allows you to use the oven as an “air fryer” for healthy cooking.

The dimensions are a great fit with my half sheet pans and the welded feet are sturdy and heavy duty. However, the grid itself is much flimsier than expected and is made of thinner gauge steel. As a result the rack is not perfectly flat and is easily bent. Not nearly as solid as the smaller racks I have from Sur La Table. I give it three stars as an “OK” product.

Why I recommend these racks: 1. Very sturdy and thick wires. Tried stepping on them — I weigh 115lbs — and not even a bend. 2. 100% stainless steel. Did the magnet test and soaked them overnight when it had tough stains. No rust. 3. Just the right height so the meat doesn’t touch the drippings. Perfect for cooling stuff, too. Highly recommended product!
