After using the rack, I was a bit worried about the cleaning part because of the tight grid pattern. Then came clean up time. I soaked the rack in hot, soapy water for 15 minutes, and it cleaned up easily. Very happy with my purchase!

I do not cook or bake a lot of food so when I do I want my items to work. This baking rack fits my Nordic Ware 1/2 sheet pan perfectly. After finishing and it has cooled down I just plop in hot sudsy water and finish whatever I am doing. Once dinner over and time to clean it just takes a brush and cleans easily. Perfect. Would I recommend, yes.
So far have used on cooking a roast, chicken wings and ribs in oven as well as cooling cookies.
