Kitchenatics aluminum baking pan is made of 1060 heavy-duty aluminum, PFOA-free and no chrome coating so it’s safe to use for food. Plus! it’s a good conductor of heat so cooking will be faster. It is not dishwasher-friendly, but cleaning using hand-wash is as easy as 1-2-3.

Kitchenatics stainless steel cooling rack is made from 304 (18/8) stainless steel with 1″ inch height and heavy-duty small tight grid pattern, our racks are dishwasher-safe, and sturdy that it won’t bend, break or warp due to its patent-pending multiple welds on each feet. I purchased a few of these in different sizes. I was quite hesitant to buy and not sure of the quality. But to my surprise, it works well. I just had problems cleaning the grid. But as for the grid, it’s really nice just exactly what I’m looking for. Highly recommend.

I love your concept of cooking bacon in the oven. It didn’t turn out as well al I had hoped, but it could be due to the bacon or the parchment paper. I plan to try a different brand of bacon and aluminum foil the next time. I’m sure it will be very satisfactory with a few adjustments.
