    I had ratty, flimsy cookie sheets and I wanted new ones. Previously, I was happy with a wire rack I bought from Kitchenatics, so I got the twin half-sheet pans. As expected, they arrived well-packed and they had a great shiny finish. They are a little heftier than my old sheets, but I’m grateful they’re not too heavy. After cooking marinated steaks, the sheet had black, baked-on stuff all over it. I was thinking “no way” to it ever being clean again, but I soaked it in soapy water for a few minutes, and it was shiny again.
    Please note one possible down-beat: The first time I used the sheet I took it out of a 400° oven, and it warped as I was holding it. I put it immediately on my stovetop pressed it (with mitts, of course) against the glass and held it there for a full minute. Since then, I’ve used that SPECIFIC sheet with NO additional warping. I’m not sure if it was a one-off, but I’ll always have that in the back of my mind.

    Bottom line: I would consider this Kitchenatics product, a decent value. I would buy something from them again if I needed it.
