I used to make meatballs and just use them for spaghetti. However, as I was looking through our collection of recipes, I noticed that there was a recipe for Spiced Meatballs. This would be a unique twist to just regular meatballs. It looks like an easy appetizer to make, too.

Looking for an Easy Appetizer for Dinner
My stepdaughter is coming over tonight and will be staying with us for the rest of the quarantine period. She is pretty close with me and my sons and admitted that that she needed a change of scenery. Thus, she decided that she will stay with us for about a month. She loves to cook, too, so I guess I’ll have an assistant. It would be nice to have another female in the house, too.
Anyway, dinner will be special tonight. I decided to make Low Carb Asian-inspired Tofu for the main course and this easy Spiced Meatballs as appetizer. For dessert, I already made some Leche Flan, which is a Filipino version of creme brulee.
I’m really excited for my stepdaughter’s arrival so I got busy in the kitchen. I think the boys are also excited because, according to them, she’ll be a “breath of fresh air.” I wasn’t sure if they were being sarcastic towards me or making fun of me. But yes, I admit, she is a nice person and will surely liven up our home.
Time to Get Busy!
As the boys were busy tidying up and arranging the dining table, I got ready to prep dinner. I hope you’ll like this Spiced Meatballs recipe that’s perfect for an appetizer.
Don’t forget to share this recipe with others, too! Enjoy!

They were very moist and very good. I added red pepper flakes and two teaspoons of tomato sauce. They were very good. Easy recipe to follow.
