Puff Pastry Recipe with Raspberries

These puff pastries with raspberries are so easy to make. You can also get creative with how you shape the puff pastries. Make flowers, squares, braids and more!

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg wash
  • 9 pieces raspberries
  • 2 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • powdered sugar to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Cut the puff pastry into equal-sized squares.
  • To design the pastries into flowers, cut an x into the pastry but make sure that the cuts do not meet in the center. Otherwise, just leave the square pastries and shape them later.
  • Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of hazelnut spread into the center of the puff pastry.
  • Form each puff pastry into the shape that you desire and pinch the edges or corners until the pastry sticks. Brush both sides of the fold with egg wash.
  • Place a raspberry in the center of the puff pastry.
  • Line your baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange the puff pastries on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the puff pastries for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
