It’s summer and I can already feel the heat! I rarely cook meals now, I just cook large batches and reheat them when we need to eat. Over the weekend, I prepared make ahead meals so I can just pop them in the oven, microwave, or air fryer to reheat. Plus, I always make sure to line my air fryer with parchment paper liners so it’ll be easier to clean later on. Saves time and effort!
Why You Need These Parchment Paper Liners
Parchment paper liners are not just for baking, they can also be used as cooking paper. In fact, parchment paper sheets for air fryer are an innovative solution for your cooking needs. They help protect your parchment paper so food does not stick to the bottom. Makes it easier to clean, too.
There are also instances when you need to cook or reheat your food by batches. Rather than washing the air fryer after every use, you can just replace the parchment paper liners with a fresh one. You can even wipe them if they’re not too greasy.
What to Cook in the Air Fryer
There are so many things you can cook in the air fryer! You can bake, roast, or fry food in it. I think it’s one of the greatest innovations in cooking. I even baked lasagna in it.
I mostly use the air fryer for food that you normally use oil with. For example, bacon. Bacon is already oily. When the weather is cooler, I just cook the bacon slices in the oven. But on warmer days, especially now that it’s summer, it’s better to use the air fryer. Just don’t forget to line your air fryer with parchment paper sheets so the grease won’t stick. Protects your air fryer from stains, too.
One of the recipes that I’ve made is Bacon Avocado Fries. It’s the perfect appetizer or finger food! Bacon and avocado are also Ket0-friendly, sans the oil, it’s a healthier option. When I tried going on a diet, I ate this for lunch. However, my diet got ruined when I dipped it in ranch dressing.
Conclusion
Cooking in the air fryer is a healthier and more efficient solution to hot days or when you’re always on the go. Make sure to protect your air fryer with pre-cut parchment paper liners to save cleaning time and prevent stains.
